These Terms and Conditions apply to the Routinix app for mobile devices ("Application"), operated by Muhammet Artut ("Service Provider", "we", "us").

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application.

1. License to use the Application

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for your personal use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law. You may not extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions of it.

1. Age requirement

By using the Application you represent that you are legally permitted to use it where you live. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Application. If you are under 16, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

1. Intellectual property

The Service Provider retains all intellectual property rights in the Application, including its code, design, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and branding. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them for any purpose. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice displayed in or on the Application.

1. Subscriptions and payments

The Application is free to download and includes optional paid features ("Pro"). What Pro unlocks is described on the subscription screen inside the Application at the time of purchase.

• Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) and, where available, as a one-time lifetime purchase.
• All purchases are processed by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. We never receive or store your payment card details.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in the Settings app on your device, under your Apple ID, then Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Deleting the Application does not cancel an active subscription.
• Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies. The Service Provider cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store.
• Prices may change. Where required, Apple will ask for your consent before a price change takes effect.
