Routinix is a reminder and habit tracker for iPhone and Apple Watch. If something isn't working, start here.

Reminders aren't arriving

Two switches must both be on:

  1. iOS Settings → Notifications → Routinix — allow notifications.
  2. Routinix → Settings → Reminders — the app's own switch.

If both are on and reminders still stop after a while, open Routinix. Reminders are created on your device for the days ahead, and opening the app refills that window.

Recording progress from a notification

Press and hold the notification. Depending on the habit you'll see Drank a glass, Taken, Start timer or Done.

Managing or cancelling a subscription

Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Routinix. Cancelling there stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Already paid but Pro isn't showing? Open the paywall and tap Restore. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so this works on a new device too.

What's free and what needs Pro

Reminders are always free, at any hour, with no limit — and so is the lock screen timer. Pro adds unlimited habits, your complete history with charts, and the Apple Watch app.

The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Apple grants the trial once per subscription group.

Apple Watch

The watch app needs Pro. Notifications still mirror to your watch without it — reminders are never locked.

If the watch shows old numbers, open Routinix on the watch once. Complications refresh on their own too, but watchOS spaces those updates out to protect the battery, so it can take 10–60 minutes.

Your data

There is no account and no server. Your habits stay on your device and nothing is uploaded. Reminders are generated locally.
